About Us
Active in various aspects of the property market in South Africa since 1996, Immo Invest is owned by Marcel Hoogebeen, a Dutch national now permanently resident in South Africa. Marcel speaks English, Afrikaans, Dutch and German.
His 32 years of experience in the property industry has helped to establish Immo Invest as a company mostly active in the Western Cape, but also active in Kwazulu Natal and the Eastern Cape. Over the years more than 2100 opportunities have been converted into developments where Immo Invest was involved. From apartments, townhouses, single residential homes, and gentleman estates, to a school, retirement home, a shopping centre and security estates. Acting as a consultant Marcel Hoogebeen has been involved in developments of more than 900 homes with a capital value of over R 1 billion.
It is the strategy of Immo Invest to operate with a skeleton staff and to involve various professionals per project, suited to the specific requirements of the project.
