Constantia properties  are situated in one of Cape Town’s sought after suburbs, mostly with large stands and beautiful views from the False Bay coastline and mountain views against the back drop of Table Mountain.

The history of the Constantia area goes back to the Jan van Riebeeck days during the late 1600, where Simon van der Stel founded Groot Constantia, now a famous wine estate, with a museum, various restaurants and famous wine bran

Access to Constantia is either via the touristic route over Constantia Nek or via the high way, the M3.

Constantia properties are often selected for the reason that the various up market (international) schools are at driving distance. The highly recommended golf course Steenberg is nearby  too.

Shopping can be done at the very successful Constantia Shopping Center or at the bigger Blue Route Mall where a variety of national retail chains are represented.
